Detailed Itinerary

Day- 1- Arrive in Calicut and Transfer to Wayanad

Arrive at Calicut airport and transfer to Wayanad. Check in to your hotel. Retire to your hotel for the rest of the evening. Visit the Banasura Sagar Dam, the second largest Earthen Dam in Asia

Day- 2- Wayanad Plantation Tour and local Sightseeing

Early this morning, we will begin our plantation tours. Wayanad is full of plantations like coffee and tea and spice plantations. Today we will indulge in the morning of a coffee tour where we will understand and explore coffee in its raw form. Then we will head towards the famous Edakkal Cave and Chembra Peak. After this, we will retire to the hotel for the evening.

Day- 3- Tea Museum visit and Transfer to Coorg

Today morning, after an early breakfast, we will make a visit to the Tea Museum. We will indulge in an informative visit of the tea from the bush to your cup. Tasting some of the most aromatic teas in their natural and fresh forms. Post the tour, we will head for Coorg. Heading towards Coorg, you will see the beautiful change in landscapes. This Coffee hub of India is famous for its greenery and scenic beauty. Upon arrival in Coorg, check in to your hotel and spend the evening at your leisure relaxing and enjoying the serene beauty of the place.

Day 4- Coorg Plantation Tour and Local Sightseeing

Today after an early breakfast, we will head for a coffee plantation tour where we will indulge in a session of Kodagu coffee plantation. After this, we will proceed for local sightseeing in Coorg visiting Abbey Falls, Raja’s Seat, Madikeri Fort and Omkareshwara Temple. Return to the resort and rest for the night.

Day 5- Trip to Bylakuppe & Transfer to Bandipur

After breakfast, we will check out of our hotel and continue our sightseeing of Coorg by visiting the famous Buddhist Monastery and the Golden Buddha Temple located in Bylekuppe. Bylekuppe – One of the largest Tibetan settlements in South India, it is known for its monasteries, handicrafts, carpet factories, and incense factories. After spending enough time here, in the afternoon we will head to Bandipur, our next stop of the tour! Upon arrival and after check in, we will retire for the day.

Day 6- Wildlife Safaris

Today, we will spend the whole day exploring our luck in some exotice wildlife spotting. It is a matter of luck and we will see what our luck has in store. After our morning and evening safari’s we will head back for a relaxed evening.

Day 7- To Mysore & Half Day Sightseeing

Today, after an early breakfast, we will head towards Mysore- this historical city of the South and official residence of the Wadiya Dynasty. Upon arrival, you may check in to your hotel, freshen up and head for some local sightseeing.  You will visit the Chamundeshwari temple, the Mysore Zoological Park and Tombs of Tipu Sultan and Hyder Ali. Before dusk sets in, head towards Brindavan garden which is about a 30 mins drive from Mysore city. Spend some time in the garden and then witness the beautiful light show after sunset. Spend some time here and return to your hotel for the evening

Day 8- Transfer to Bangalore & Airport Departure

After breakfast, we will head to Bangalore for our departure flight/train back home.
